Busselton and Margaret River to Hillman Farm
Up the coast to Bunbury, then inland on one highway all the way to Darkan.
North to Bunbury
From Margaret River or Dunsborough, take the Bussell Highway north through Busselton towards Bunbury.
Inland on the Coalfields Highway
Skirt Bunbury and head inland on the Coalfields Highway towards Collie. From Busselton the whole trip is about 179 km.
Top up in Collie
Collie is the last big town on the way, so it's the spot for fuel, snacks or a coffee. From there it's about 55 minutes (77 km) to Darkan and the airfield, about 12 minutes out of town along Hillman Road.
Keep some time up your sleeve
Country roads and roadworks can slow you down, so build in a buffer. Running late? Give us a call on 0415 486 422.
Drive times are estimates for normal conditions. Check Google Maps on the day for roadworks and traffic. Coming from Bunbury? Here's the drive from Bunbury.
A country dropzone, about 2 hours from the coast
The Skydive School isn't in Busselton or Margaret River. We're at Hillman Farm Airport near Darkan, where skydivers have been jumping since 1975, and we're the only WA dropzone running AFF all year.

Worth the drive inland
From Busselton it's about 2 hours to Hillman Farm, and about 2.5 hours from Margaret River. Make a day of it: jump, watch your friends land, and be back for dinner.

Come for the jump, stay for the people
Hillman Farm has a real community feel. Local jumpers, students and first-timers all share the same airfield, and you'll get the same welcome whether it's your first jump or your five hundredth.
